The Thromde Special Tshogde was conducted on 28th October 2019 at Youth Center hall led by Dasho Thrompon followed by Executive Secretary, Thromde Thuemis and the division heads. The Regional Transport Officer and the manager of Bhutan Oil Distributor also participated in the session. The Tshogde was embraced by marchang ceremony and followed by the Tshogde agendas. 

The Annual Performance Agreement for the FY 2019-2020 was also signed on the same day between Executive Secretary and Thrompon and Division Heads.
